Sustainable Holistic Action For Livelihood Alternatives And Raise (SHALAR) Foundation is a new born organization focused on working with tribal communities.
SHALAR Foundation encouraged young people to gain practical exposure to grassroots development. During the year, 6 interns from Rayagada Autonomous College participated in a 35-day internship programme.
